Sports Connections has taken a simple concept and added some former professional football players, and created one of the most new and rewarding corporate team building packages.

Through our years of experience in football and coaching, one of the most powerful training aids is to totally mix the players perception of not only what their role is, but the role of a different team member. Yes the majority of the skill set is the same. However, there are massive differences in how to perform. “Put yourself in my shoes” takes your work force to look at their perception of themselves and other team-mates, and experience playing in a new position. 

Teams usually become great teams when they decide to do it for themselves - not because someone says so. Something inspires them maybe, but ultimately the team decides. It's a team thing. It has to be. The team says: 'Okay. We can well make a difference. We will be the best at what we do. We'll look out for each other and succeed - for us - for the team. And we'll make sure we enjoy ourselves while we're doing it'. And then the team starts to move mountains. People working for each other in teams is a powerful force, more than skills, processes, policies.
